About TeamsApp

We developed TeamsApp to improve communications and data-flow between coach and players, informed by our own needs while coaching a youth team.

The app is natively multi-user, enabling head-coach, support coaches and team administrators access and ensuring that they can see upcoming training and competition fixtures.

Equally, on the player side, TeamsApp supports multiuser access to the player profile, supporting the case where mum and dad can access their kids' profile, and then the youth can be granted access directly when ready. Access is safeguarded, where direct contact details are never shared for youth or vulnerable players.

With users on both sides of these connections, smart messaging automates many housekeeping messages, including reminders, change of time or venue notices and, even, confirming availability reponse between parents.

In practical terms, TeamsApp is optimised to record attendance as players arrive, good for club records and also triggering a request for feedback from participants

This is the core framework supporting availability requests, younger players playing up and carpooling to away games.
